Designed to provide measured drug therapy, the CADD-PCA pump operates in continuous delivery mode, programmed automatic dose delivery, and demand dose delivery. Depending on the concentration, this ambulatory infusion pump has a continuous rate of 0-20 ml/hr or 0-99.5 mg/hr. Patient activated dose intervals range from 5-999 minutes in 1 minute increments.
